If you do not know, our Foundation is run through United Charitable, the non-profit organization who’s mission is to grow and support charitable efforts by providing simple customized vehicles to enable and fulfill philanthropic journeys. With their help, it makes it easier for the Foundation to concentrate on the scholarship recipients and honoring Rick. TWO NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS NAMED!
We are very humbled by the fact that Jeff Molinelli and Nick Brackett have joined the board of I WILL WAIT FOR YOU: The Rick Salmastrelli Foundation. Both will help us to continue to identify and honor the senior athletes that follow in Rick’s footsteps.
Please read a little about each rockstar human below:
Jeff Molinelli grew up dedicated to sports. Whether it was soccer or basketball, he was always on the move, learning the next best thing about both. He was a 1000 point scorer and CVC player of the year in 2005 and now Molinelli is the longest-tenured CVC Basketball coach (ten seasons).
Jeffrey joined Lawrence High School in 2012 and is now a married father of two that just recorded his 100th career victory back in December 2021!
Nick Brackett graduated in 2010 from Lawrence High School where he was both a leader on the basketball court and football field. Rick loved to watch Nick play!
After completing his degree in Elementary Education and English at The College of New Jersey, you can find Nick at the very best elementary school out there, Ben Franklin. Nick and his fiance are currently planning their big day and are ready for this new chapter in their lives!
Rick personally knew both of these men and is 100% beaming with pride that they have joined his foundation to honor his legacy.
